“ABM have been members of the Valuable 500 since December 2019. We provide support services to airlines, airports, the NHS, travel retail and logistics partners across the UK.

We have been partnering with SigncodeUK since early 2019. Their innovative approach to ensuring environments are mutually inclusive for the Deaf community really appealed to us. It is impossible not to feel excited and enlightened when you meet Jeff and Gill who talk with such passion about their ambitions to make the world more inclusive!

In fact, we partnered with them to create a British Sign Language introduction to our organisation – please scan the QR code below.

Given the Valuable 500’s Global Network, this assistive technology is also available in a wide range of alternative languages

This was delivered extremely quickly, on budget and received great feedback from our internal and external partners.

We will continue to work tirelessly with our networks of contacts to introduce them to the SigncodeUK product, demonstrating both the business and inclusion benefits that this could deliver to both business and their employees and consumers. In summary, we would wholeheartedly recommend SigncodeUK’s services to those businesses who want to make a difference and make the world a more inclusive place.”

– Samantha Saunders, ABM Aviation UK LTD

“SigncodeUK helped us to create sign language videos for our veteran-specific ‘Suicide Awareness Training’ online course.

Would highly recommend them. They were a pleasure to work with, met the agreed timescales and helped us through some last-minute changes!

We are really pleased with the quality of the finished videos and know this will help our training reach more people.

Thank you to Gill, Louise and all your team. We look forward to working with you again in the future”

– Sian Rankin, Help for Heroes.

“We are the North West region of probation services, providing supervision and delivering court orders in order to protect the public, prevent victims and reduce reoffending. We are part of Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service.

We commissioned SigncodeUK to develop 4 videos to ensure that Deaf people on probation who use British Sign Language are able to better understand some of our key functions.

The resulting videos will be embedded into our national templates and available to all Deaf people on probation across England and Wales.

Despite the unavoidable delays due to Covid 19, SigncodeUK delivered the videos within the agreed revised timescales, within the agreed budget and were always responsive and willing to be flexible. The videos have been extremely well received in our organization, meet our needs and are professionally produced. They also represented good value for money.

We would recommend SigncodeUK to other business”

– K Bruderer, Regional Equality Manager, North West Probation Service.

“Relias provided online and blended learning solutions to the NHS and broader healthcare market. We maintained a focus on mental health and learning solutions. We partnered with SigncodeUK to provide a BSL accessible version of a bespoke online learning course” Let’s Talk” for the Zero Suicide Alliance ZSA We built the course and SigncodeUK  made the course accessible for deaf people. SigncodeUK were excellent to work with very responsive and collaborative as we worked through the development of the course as we at Relias met challenges there were revisions needed and SigncodeUK were eager to update the course each time we made adjustments without their diligence we would not have been able to reach a broad audience. Delivery was on time. The SigncodeUK team were passionate about the mission and terrific collaborators in the mission. Not only do they provide an important service their professionalism collaboration and quality of work is excellent. We truly appreciated the partnership.”

– Readeanna E Ropke, Managing Director Relias UK (2016 – 2019)

“I work for a large NHS Trust and SigncodeUK worked with us for a short period as part of a European funded innovation project which aimed to facilitate SME’s to work with the health and social care sector.

Initially the scope of the project was to develop accessible information for people who were deaf, but this developed considerably. SigncodeUK worked with health professionals to co-create a bespoke solution to enable the deaf community to have access to an online training resource for suicide awareness, training which would otherwise be inaccessible.

During our team working with SigncodeUK we found them to be responsive, adaptable and reliable. They were highly motivated and keen to develop a product which was of a high standard and would benefit the wider community. they worked within the agreed budget and met project milestones, staying on track and meeting deadlines. They worked with a range of professionals within the health care sector and built effective working relationships. SigncodeUK were extremely customer focused and personable and it was a pleasure working with them.

I would have no hesitation in recommending working with SigncodeUK”
