The questionnaire is being used to gather feedback and opinions about your accessibility to services as a Deaf person and service delivery. All feedback is welcome so we can find ways to help and improve your access to various services.
Please take a few minutes to complete our survey which you will find here. All the questions are in BSL, and you simply need to click the multiple choice answers. We have included questions about a selection of services and will regularly survey different areas to gauge accessibility.
